由中国商业联合会和河北省人民政府主办的“中国石家庄(正定)国际小商品博览会”，简称(正博会)，以“融合商机、彰显魅力、协作发展、互动共赢”为宗旨，是集商贸、会展、交流与合作的国际性盛会，是河北省确定的四大品牌展会之一。
概述：
2001年10月，国务院确定，把建设“华北重要商埠”作为石家庄城市的发展定位，这是全国惟一被定为“重要商埠”的省会城市。正定就在这一规划中被定位于“文化旅游贸易区”，成为规划中石家庄周边惟一的商贸区。在这样的时代背景下，“正定国际小商品城”应运而生。并被列入河北省和石家庄市重点建设项目。以正定国际小商品城为龙头，以正定恒山板材市场、中国北方茶城、正定家具城等专业市场为支撑，以现代物流、产业园区为重点，谋划建设了正定国际小商品城和市区外围批发市场集群，形成了沿107国道市场经济“聚集带”，成为为华北重要商埠提速的“动车组”，其中正定国际小商品市场堪称中国北方单体面积最大的小商品市场；正定恒山板材市场被誉为国内规模最大的板材装饰材料市场之一；正定家具市场堪称中国北方品牌家具集散地；中国北方茶城集国际茶叶交易、中国传统茶艺培训、茶艺表演、茶叶价格指数发布、茶叶拍卖、仓储物流于一体，使正定以得天独厚的优势荣膺“中国商贸名城”，犹如高昂的龙首引领华北重要商埠建设的发展进程。
China Heibei Zhengding is the historical and cultural famous city of China, the famous city on commerce and trade of China and state exhibition demonstration region of continual development. Zhengding is 246 KM away from Beijing, 350 KM from Tianjin international Seaport, and 275 KM from Huanghua international port. The expressways such as Jingshu, Shitai, Shihuang, Zhangshi, and Qingyin Pass and join each other in boundaries of Zhengding, the G107 National highway, Jingguang railway and Jingshi High speed railway link up south and north. Shijiazhuang International Airport located at Zhengding with more than 80 international and domestic airlines routes.
Zhengding, as the important economic town of the North China in history, has been prosperous and always with merchants, and goods from south and north been exchanging here, which has profound cultural foundation of commerce and trade. | 参展参会条件及规定 |
1、参展商品必须是美国本土制造产品，参展参会企业必须是合法生产经营企业。
2、邀请单位要对参展商品和参展参会企业的质量、资质、知识产权等严格把关，杜绝假冒
伪劣和侵权产品。 |

| 参展报名方式 |
1、获取展会相关资料，详细了解展会情况及要求。
2、详细填写展位申请表，传真或邮寄至招商办美国联络处，展位申请表的填写必须详细、真实。
3、递交报名材料，包括年审后的企业营业执照复印件，企业简介（100字以内）。 |

| 审核与展位预定 |
| 招商办对报名企业资料进行审核，审核通过后，按照先申请、先交款、先预定的原则，由组委会招商办统一安排预定展位；组委会招商办将根据展会总体进展，结合参展企业实际情况，确定展位面积和位置。 |

| 展位确认 |
企业确认展位后，需在三日内将展位费交到指定银行账号，如未能按时交款，招商办有权将该展位另行安排。
依据报名企业资质和交款先后顺序，为报名企业安排展位并于三个工作日内将预定的展位号反馈给参展企业。 |
| |
| 特装展位设计审核 |
| 特展企业须在2012年3月31日前将展位设计效果图提交正博会美国联络处审定，并预定施工时间。 |
